You either go with black pants, blue shirt and black tie
Or
dark blue pants, blue shirt and blue tie.

You NEVER mix black and navy blue!

Certainly a royal blue shirt with black pants, dark blue tie, would probably not go to work, but who can say! Either wear the T-shirt and pants when you shop for the tie or take it with you. A chance would be black, blue and gray beautiful. It is unclear who will not fit everything in the store because sometimes works well, the bizarre combinations. Typically, the seller in a store people can be very useful.

No informal, your team for business meetings. Try a shirt instead of khaki pants.

Sounds good, but the tie in the navy? - Do you have a link that would be better? I am not sure without seeing it. I love the combination of navy and black.

They should be a Tye, who, like gray, blue and black, diagonally striped jacket and a black or gray go well, remember that match your socks with shorts and black shoes.
